This interactive Spanish game allows you to focus on key verb forms, helping you master the conjugation rules and exceptions. In addition to working with verbs in the present perfect tense, the game also includes exercises that emphasize the use of past participles, further enhancing your understanding of verb structures.
1. Guess the word
Guess word - The level consists of 20 words, but a maximum of 1 word are practiced per game round. Here the student has to find the word or sentence by suggesting letters from the alphabet. If the suggested letter is in the requested word, the letter is filled in at all the right places in the letter slots. If the letter is not in the word then a heart breaks. If the player can guess the right letters and find the word before all the 3 hearts run out, the round is won. For each word there is a clue to help the player guess the word. There is no time limit. If it is too difficult, the player can click the button named Cancel - then the correct word will be displayed - and then try to complete the level again.2. Which verb
Mastermind - The level consists of 20 words, but a maximum of 1 word are practiced per game round. The student's goal is to solve the code word in a maximum of 6 guesses. For each guess, the student learns if the letter is part of the word (yellow), if it is also in the correct place (green) or if it is not part of the word at all (gray). The words the player guesses do not have to be words that exist in any dictionary. The found (green) letters must be used in the next guess, which makes it a bit more difficult. If the player manages to solve the word code and finds the hidden word within the 6 guesses, the game round is won. After each game round, the player receives feedback with more info about the code word that was requested. There is no time limit. If it is too difficult, the player can click the button named Cancel - then the correct word will be displayed - and then try to complete the level again.3. Find the verbs
Letter grid - The level consists of 20 words, but a maximum of 10 words are practiced per game round. The player is shown a board consisting of letters in a grid and must drag the mouse pointer or finger over the letters until the word is found. The words to be found are placed on the board as 8-way straight words and they are listed in plain text next to the board. If the student manages to find all the words, the round is won. There is no time limit. If it is too difficult, the player can click the button named Cancel - then the correct words will be displayed - and then try to complete the level again.Calculation of knowledge points and medals
Each completed game level in Verbs in present perfect, subjunctive mood and past participle gives 1 knowledge points. You can collect a maximum of 3 knowledge points by completing all 3 levels.
In the game Verbs in present perfect, subjunctive mood and past participle, you can earn a total of 9 medals. Medals are awarded based on how many times you have completed a level:
- Bronze medal: after completing 2 rounds.
- Silver medal: after completing 5 rounds.
- Gold medal: after completing 10 rounds.
Knowledge points are only awarded for levels you have not completed before, meaning those that do not yet have checked green circles. Even after completing a level and earning both knowledge points and medals, you can continue practicing it. However, this will not grant any additional knowledge points or medals.
