This game helps you become an expert on safe training and sports. You'll learn how the body works when you exercise, why warming up and cooling down are important, and how to choose the right equipment for different activities. The game also covers fair play rules, basic injury treatment, and how to avoid common sports injuries.
Perfect to use in sports education before practical sessions, as enrichment after injury prevention lessons, or as review before tests. Teachers can use the game to discuss safety routines in class and let students share their own experiences of training safety.

1. Train Smart and Safe (Multiple Choice Questions)
Multiple choice - The level consists of 12 questions, but a maximum of 10 questions are practiced per game round. For each question, the player is given three possible answers, only one of which is correct. It is up to the player to choose the correct option. The student has 3 hearts (extra lives) that keep the game round going. Questions have text-to-speech in English. Answers have text-to-speech in English. There is no time limit. When the student has selected all the correct answers, the game round is completed. If it is too difficult, the player can click the button labeled Cancel - then the correct answers will be displayed - and try to complete the level again.2. Safety in Practice (Match the Correct)
Link up - The level consists of 10 questions and all of them are practiced in every game round. The player's task is to link the 10 questions in the colored boxes with the most appropriate answers in the white boxes. Each colored box can only be linked to one white box and vice versa. The student receives feedback on the links before submission and has 3 attempts to get all the links right. Questions have text-to-speech in English. Answers have text-to-speech in English. There is no time limit. When the student has linked all the boxes correctly, the game round is completed. If it is too difficult, the player can click the button labeled Cancel - then the correct links are displayed - and try to complete the level again.3. Guess the Training Word
Guess word - The level consists of 18 words, but a maximum of 1 word are practiced per game round. The student has to find the word or sentence by guessing letters from the alphabet. If the suggested letter is in the word, it is filled in at the correct positions in the letter slots. If the letter is not in the word, a balloon pops. If the player can guess the correct letters and find the word before all 5 balloons run out, the round is won. For each word there is a clue to help the player guess the word. There is no time limit. If it is too difficult, the player can click the button labeled Cancel - then the correct word will be displayed - and try to complete the level again.4. Find the Training Words (Word Search)
Letter grid - The level consists of 13 words, but a maximum of 10 words are practiced per game round. The player is shown a board with letters arranged in a grid and must drag the mouse pointer or finger over the letters until the word is found. The words to be found are placed on the board as 8-way straight words and they are listed with hidden letters next to the board. If the student manages to find all the words, the round is won. There is no time limit. If it is too difficult, the player can click the button labeled Cancel - then the correct words will be displayed - and try to complete the level again.Calculation of knowledge points and medals
