Instructions for Copycat

How to play Copycat - the Simon Says memory game:

  1. Tryck på Start för att börja
  2. Watch and listen as a color flashes and plays its sound
  3. Click the same color to copy the sequence
  4. Each round adds a new color to the sequence
  5. Copy the entire sequence in the correct order to advance
  6. When you reach the specified number of steps, you pass the level!

Game modes

Copycat has two different game modes:

  • Regular levels (e.g. "3 steps"): The sequence builds step by step - first one color, then two, then three, etc.
  • Random levels (e.g. "3 random steps"): Each round shows a completely new random sequence of colors

You can also choose between normal speed and high speed for extra challenge!

Good to know

  • Clicked the wrong color? The correct color flashes four times to show you the right next color
  • Listen to the sounds - they help you remember the sequence
  • Start with normal speed and regular levels if you're a beginner

Calculation of knowledge points

Each completed game level in Copycat gives 1 knowledge points. You can collect a maximum of 36 knowledge points by completing all 36 levels.
In the game Copycat, you can earn a total of 108 medals. Medals are awarded based on how many times you have completed a level:
  • Bronze medal: after completing 2 rounds.
  • Silver medal: after completing 5 rounds.
  • Gold medal: after completing 10 rounds.
Knowledge points are only awarded for levels you have not completed before, meaning those that do not yet have checked green circles. Even after completing a level and earning both knowledge points and medals, you can continue practicing it. However, this will not grant any additional knowledge points or medals.

Also, I suck on this game I don’t even know how to play. (just kidding, I know how to play this game though. You only have to copy the sequence from memory).
